About Cathy Burns

Cathy Burns is consistently ranked in the top 5% of real estate brokers in the greater Charlotte region. She has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina since 2005. Cathy graduated from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA, with a B.A. in Political Science with a Concentration in International Relations. After college, Cathy spent 10 years as a federal criminal investigator. She now applies her analytical skills and attention to detail to providing unparalleled market savvy and exemplary customer service.

Cathy is also a dedicated community partner. She has served on a variety of local boards and committees, including Rotary, the Union County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, Turning Point & the Weddington Athletic Booster Club. Cathy embodies Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self!
